Make Time for Yoga is a 28 day yoga program that focuses on your growth on and off your mat one week at a time. This program is suitable for you if you're new to yoga.
Your week starts off with Day 1-Detox Yoga as you twist and flow with ease. Day 2 - Easy Yoga to gently energize your body from head to toe. Day 3- Yoga for Back Health as you strengthen your core and back to prevent injury Day 4- Yin 1 to deepen your flexibility gently one breath at a time. Day 5-Yoga for Bedtime to wind down your week with gentle self-care. Day 6- Yoga for weightloss to build up your cardio and make you sweat the good stuff. Day 7-Yin Yoga 2 to go deeper and increase your flexibility while releasing negative emotions. After Day 7 you will take pictures of your body in different poses so that you can document the changes that are happening in your body weekly. We've also added a BONUS video: Make Time for Yoga Meditations for you to do before or after your practice to de-stress and reset your mind.
You will complete this simple yet effective 7 day series for 4 weeks. After 28 days you will send your progress photos to [email protected] for a chance to be featured on her page and win epic goodies from her sponsors.
